At Listen Astro, operated under the registered legal entity name Listen Astro (located at Ramalingam Street, Rasipuram, Namakkal District, Tamilnadu), we strive to deliver accurate, helpful, and seamless digital consulting services. Since all consultations, reports, and calculations are provided digitally in real-time, the following terms govern refunds and cancellations across our services.
Because consultations (chat and voice calls) are initiated instantly upon selection and approval by the user, once a live session begins, it cannot be cancelled or retracted.
If you book a future scheduled consultation session and cancel at least 2 hours before the scheduled time slot, the deducted credits will be refunded back to your in-app Wallet balance immediately. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled slot are non-refundable.
In the case of technical disruption (e.g., astrologer no-show within 5 minutes or platform-side server failure mid-session), the debited credits will be refunded to your in-app Wallet within 24 to 48 hours upon validation by our support desk.
Recharges loaded into the Listen Astro Wallet by choice represent dedicated consulting credits and are strictly non-refundable and non-withdrawable to a bank account.
The only exception is a double-billing error, where a network timeout occurred during checkout, resulting in your bank account being debited twice for a single wallet credit purchase. In such cases, the duplicate transaction will be refunded through our secure payment gateway partner (Cashfree) directly to your original payment source (bank account, credit card, or UPI VPA) within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank's processing timeline.

You may cancel your monthly subscription tier at any time through your settings panel, which will prevent future manual renewals but will not issue a pro-rata refund for the active cycle.
To request a refund or raise a dispute, please email us at listenastro.workspace@gmail.com within 24 hours of the session or recharge event. Please include your registered phone number, session ID (if applicable), transaction reference, and a brief explanation of the issue.
