Astrologer Verification Policy

To ensure a premium, reliable, and authentic consultation marketplace, Listen Astro enforces a strict multi-tier verification process for all listing astrologers.

1. Vetting and Interview Process

Every astrologer applicant must clear the following screening parameters before their profile is marked as verified:

  • Credential Vetting: Submission of academic certificates, references, and training qualifications in astrology fields.
  • Theoretical Test: Vetting by our internal panel on classical Vedic principles, planetary calculations, and chart analysis.
  • Practical Vetting: Multiple mock session trials to assess consultation quality, client empathy, and communication skills.

2. Confidentiality & NDA Agreement

Upon clearing the verification tests, all listing astrologers must sign a legally binding Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Under this agreement, they are strictly prohibited from storing user details, recording consultations, or sharing chat logs outside the platform. Violations result in immediate de-listing and legal actions.

3. Ongoing Quality Monitoring

User ratings and consultation drop-off metrics are continuously audited. Astrologers who fall below our minimum quality thresholds (e.g., average rating below 4.0) are placed on performance reviews or de-listed to preserve marketplace integrity.
