Welcome to Listen Astro. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Listen Astro website, platform, and mobile applications (including Android and future iOS apps), owned and operated by the legal entity Listen Astro, located at Ramalingam Street, Rasipuram, Namakkal District, Tamilnadu. By accessing our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Platform Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and purchase recharges on Listen Astro. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Platform-Specific Features

Listen Astro deliberately offers different features across platforms to optimize delivery:

• Web Portal: Provides human astrologer consultations (chat, audio call, video call), AI astrology chat, and the AI Premium Subscription product (recurring limits and boosted calculations).
• Android Platform: Offers human astrologer consultations (chat and audio calls), optional free guidance (up to 3 messages), and wallet recharge. The Web AI subscription product is not available or purchasable in the Android app.
• iOS Platform (Planned): Offers the same human-focused consultation model as Android. No Web AI subscription product is offered.

3. Correct Mobile User Flows

Our mobile apps provide two separate paths for accessing live consultation services:

• Flow A — Direct Consultation: User selects an astrologer from the directory and immediately initiates a live Chat or Call using wallet credits. Free Guidance is completely optional and never acts as a mandatory gate.
• Flow B — Optional Free Guidance: User initiates 3 Free Guidance Messages. Once the free allowance is exhausted, the user is directed to select an online astrologer to start an eligible paid Chat or Call consultation.

4. Astrological Services & Disclaimers

We connect users with independent, screened consulting astrologers and provide AI-generated interpretations.

Vedic Guidance Disclaimer: Astrological forecasts, predictions, and calculations (whether from independent human consultants or our AI systems) represent spiritual belief systems and are provided for educational and guidance purposes. They do not constitute certified medical advice, legal counsel, or financial/investment recommendations. Listen Astro makes no warranties regarding the accuracy of predictions, and AI-generated outputs should never be treated as infallible.

5. Wallet Recharges & Payments

Listen Astro provides a secure in-app Wallet for consultations:

• All payments are processed securely via secure UPI or card gateways (Cashfree) using Indian Rupee (₹) currency.
• Wallet credits are non-transferable, non-negotiable, and cannot be withdrawn as physical cash.
• Recharges on the platform are final. Promotional bonus credits loaded as marketing offers may have distinct validity periods.

6. User Conduct Guidelines

Users must communicate respectfully. Harassment, abusive language, threat of violence, or requests for personal contact information (phone numbers, personal emails) from astrologers are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All design systems, proprietary code, AI algorithms, database structures, brand logos, and content on Listen Astro are the sole property of Listen Astro and are protected under international copyright and trademark laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Listen Astro, its creators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from predictions, statements, or guidance provided by independent astrologers during consultations.

9. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
