These Wallet Terms govern the usage, recharge, and balance allocation of the Listen Astro in-app Wallet. By loading credits, you agree to these terms.
The Wallet balance is recorded in Indian Rupees (₹) and represents prepaid digital credits. Credits can only be utilized to pay for consulting sessions with listed astrologers or buying Astro AI premium chat messages.
Wallet credits are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or liquidated back as physical cash or bank deposits.
Once loaded, wallet balances are reserved for in-app consultation consumption, except in the case of double-billing transaction errors processed under our Refund Policy.
Prepaid balances loaded by the user do not expire and will remain active on your profile indefinitely. However, promotional bonus credits (loaded as marketing gifts or refer-and-earn offers) may expire within 90 days from the date of credit allocation.
In the event of a payment gateway debit failing to load credits, please do not dispute with your bank immediately. Contact listenastro.workspace@gmail.com. We will coordinate with Cashfree and credit your wallet manually within 2 hours.
